CAN I RETURN AN ITEM?

You may return the item(s) within 30 days of the ship date; to the Riley and McCormick Distribution Centre for a refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping, handling and other additional charges. Your refund will be in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase and your receipt must be present at the time of the return.

The item must be returned unused/unworn, in original product packaging with tags still attached, and with all paperwork, parts and accessories to ensure credit.

For hygienic reasons, items exempt from our return policy are; earrings, insoles, socks

Additionally no customized, special order or laundered/altered items will be accepted.

 

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?

Return Authorization  

To obtain Return Authorization please input your order details. Return instructions will be provided upon entry of your order details. A shipping label will be produced, it must be printed and adhered to the original box.

Riley & McCormick is not responsible for shipping, handling and other additional charges for returned items, except in the case of manufacture’s defect or incorrect items received. The cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

For returns to our Distribution Centre, the postmark date of the return package will be considered the return date.
