WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?
Orders are distributed out of our Calgary Customer Service Center and usually take 3-5 business days for delivery.
There can be the occasional delay which may affect your delivery timeframe from time to time.
We will notify you if product is backordered with the expected delivery date
Items marked as CUSTOM ORDER may take up to 120 days to ship.
WHICH COURIER DO YOU USE?
We use Canada Post for shipping. You can use another courier if you choose. You must indicate how you wish to ship or we will use Canada Post.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes! Once in checkout you will be able to select your Country Code and postal rates and carriers will reflect that selection.
You will be liable for all import duties, customs and taxes. These will be due at the point of, or after delivery.
Please be aware that Riley & McCormick does not have any control for any duties, customs and taxes levied by the country your order is being shipped to. We cannot advise you what the cost will be as these charges can vary according to country. Please contact your local customs office to find out more information if you are unsure of the charges.
